OT Rehab Care PC was established in 2013 in Forest Hills, NY. We have been expanding and relocating to fit the needs of our growing clientele. Our specialty includes treating any conditions of the neck, shoulders and hands such as rotator cuff repair, tendinitis, impingement syndrome, myofascial pain syndrome, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome and more. We are a certified Graston Technique® provider; a unique, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and a firm believer in holistic, non-invasive treatments for our patients suffering chronic pain. We incorporate the use Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in our practice; a new, non-invasive treatment solution that uses high-intensity sound waves (or acoustic pulses) which interact with damaged or inflamed tissues of the body so patients are able to quickly resume their daily activities and lifestyle. On average, healthcare providers currently using The Miracle Wave™ in their practices have reported an approximate 75% rate of complete recovery among their patients.
